It's more likely that the RuSSian Federation might break up after a defeat in the Ukraine and Putin being toppled or eliminated with Siberia going its own way not to mention the Caucasus region ( Chechnya and others ) seeking freedom. Hopefully kaliningrad could become Koenigsberg once again!
