Probably because the fighting was not intense and very little of the area was reduced to rubbles.

True enough, but many of the photos here appear to be similar in that regard. Just interesting to me.
I'm sure Pavlov's house and the tractor factory look nothing like they did before the fighting started.

Possibly a replica of the original because the original may have had historical value?

I only mention it because it was probably replaced in the late 1940s or early 50s when the area was rebuilt. Normally today (and I imagine then) things like lamp posts are replaced with the most utilitarian and least expensive alternative, such as a plain and ugly concrete version. I'm glad to see that was not the case here.
