I guess it is one modification of the M4-WAC47. This rifle is a common production between Ukrainian "Ukroboronservice" and American "Aeroscraft". This weapon made according to the NATO standards.

The number of ceasefire violations by Russia-backed militants has again increased in the ATO area. Militants continue to use weapons of the prohibited caliber, including tanks and 120-mm mortars. Russian proxies fired 31 times at our positions. Four Ukrainian troops were wounded. Armed Forces of Ukraine 22 times returned fire, reported Colonel Oleksandr Motuzyanyk, Ukrainian Ministry of Defense spokesman on ATO, at a press briefing at Ukraine Crisis Media Center.

Shyrokyne defenders dwell on injured Russian saboteur’s capture, show operational footage. VIDEO
The Ukrainian servicemen told details of repelling the attack of the enemy subversive group in the vicinity of Shyrokyne on Jan. 19. They also showed the footage of the injured Russian saboteur’s capture.
As reported by Censor.NET citing The Defense Ministry-run TV channel, the injured Russian mercenary said his name was Alexander Startsev, a private of the first company of the 9th regiment of the so-called “Armed Forces of the Donetsk People’s Republic.”
As reported, the enemy subversive group approached positions of the Ukrainian military on the outskirts of Shyrokyne on Jan. 19. Being exposed by the Ukrainian soldiers, the militants opened fire. The government forces engaged the saboteurs and forced them to retreat. As it turned out, the saboteurs had left a wounded member of their group on the battlefield. An hour after the clash, the Ukrainian soldiers found the mercenary, provided him with the first aid, and evacuated from the battlefield. Ukrainian military doctors spent seven hours saving the Russian saboteur’s life.

Russian "liberators" came to Ukraine. In the first epizode they captured Ukrainian journalist in a second a civil guy. They decided he was a spy.

Crimean filmmaker Oleg Sentsov has been convicted to 20 years in Russian jail on false charges of terrorism as he opposed Russian annexation of Crimea. Almost three months ago he began a hunger strike demanding the release not for himself, but for all 64 Ukrainian political prisoners in Russia. Oleg’s imminent death is rapidly approaching if there’s no action as his condition is critical.

European parliament has already appealed to Vladimir Putin for immediate liberation of Oleg Sentsov and others. Now it is time for America to speak up. We urge our government to take a firm stance on this issue and use all leverage to demand immediate release of Oleg Sentsov and other Ukrainian political prisoners in Russia.

Ukrainian soldier 1st Battalion of the 72 Brigade,  Fedor Rubansky died in hospital after a heavy injury, which he got in June 2018. GLORY TO HEROES!

His name is Volodymir Matvienko. He had a rank Sargent. The burial service had place on Maidan square, Kyiv.
