The gun sight can be adjusted on both the i44 and IFL for Arma 3 mods. You can change the default keys as you wish to set up your own preferences. I think it\'s a matter of choice whether to use them or not.

Iced Earth's video refers to IFA3. Is that a different mod than IFL?

IFA3 is essentially the Iron Front Liberation adapted into first Arma 2 and then into Arma 3. They are suing tank models and maps from IFL since that game used Arma 2 game engine adapted under licence from Bohemia Interactive by X1 Software and Deep Silver the publisher.
