A lot of ignorant comments on the Steam website about SF. Mostly by idiots who trash the game because they are too dumb to make it work or won't bother coming to the forum top seek help. I guess whining about a game that won't work for you is more rewarding than actually making the effort to make it work. Lots of entitled gamers.

Whoever put the game up for sale on Steam really should detail what is needed to make the game playable.  This would help potential buyers decide on their purchase.  I agree that if you buy an old car, there's really not much room to complain when you find out that you have to make repairs and improvements to get it running the way you want.

I mean I keep hearing comments /complaints to the effect that Oh that old game doesn't work on Windows 10. Previously I heard the same with Windows 7, 8 and 8.1. Hogwash. the game works if you make the effort to Google how to make games work on Windows 10 or simply check to see fi there's a forum dedicated to the game where you can seek advice.

Too many people are lazy and entitled and want something out of the box that will work by enchantment without having to put any effort. SF is an old game made for Windows Vista which was notoriously complicated . It's a Direct X 8 game so 4 generations removed from Windows 10 which now using Direct X 12.
