Yes, I'm sure. This photo was made by journalist from New York Times. And this is not the first fact of torture. In Slovyansk one Ukrainian patriot was severe killed, because he wanted to place Ukrainian flag.

Цей 18-річний юнак з Сум - друг Сєвєр, боєць 5-го окремого батальйону Добровольчого Українського Корпусу "Правий Сектор".
Три дні тому він був пораненений і ще два дні з уламками в грудях героїчно боронив донецький аеропорт.
Нині його життя в безпеці, зроблено операцію, хлопець перебуває в шпиталі у Дніпропетровську. Але є невеличка проблема. ДУК ПС досі не легалізовано й Сєвєр та такі ж герої як і він не можуть розраховувати не те що на визнання, а й будь якої підтримки від держави.
Ми вимагаємо офіційного визнання ДУКу, як бойової одиниці, що довела право на існування у тяжких боях на Донбасі за територіальну цілісність України та присвоєння його бійцям статусу учасників АТО!

Закликаємо всіх людей доброї волі поширити цю інформацію!

This 18 year-old boy from Sumy(Ukrainian town) - has name friend(druzhe) Sever, he is soldier of the Five separate battalion of Ukrainian Volunteer Corps "Right Sector". Three days ago(02.10.2014) he was wounded and during next two days heroically defended Donetsk airport with shell fragments in his chest. Now his life is safe, the operation was done and the guy is in a Dniepropetrovsk hospital. But there is a small problem. UVC RS(Ukrainian Volunteer Corps "Right Sector") is still not legalized and soldier Sever, same as other soldiers as him, can not expect to be part of the war action, but even they can't relay on any supports from the country (It is shame! My comment.) We require an official acknowledgement of "UVC RS" as a military unit, which brought the right to exist under heavy fights on the Donbas for the territorial integrity of Ukraine and assigning to soldiers the status of Anti-Terrorist Action(ATA) members!
We call to all people of goodspeed to spread this information!
