That's a very interesting photo! As we can see German troops used T-26 (which according to the post-war Soviet documents was completely obsolete!) as entire tank! U see that infantry is hiding behind the hull, meanwhile the tanks is moving forward. This photo reminds me episode from the "Fury", where US infantry used tank hull as a cover.
I didn't meet any photo where the Soviet infantry moved behind the tank. Though, I didn't pay much attention to this aspect of the tactics.
