Kursk with Surviving Veterans Empty Kursk with Surviving Veterans

I know we have all read and seen the videos and such about the battle of Kursk. But even though this 5 part video has animated tanks for most of the battle scenes, it does have the surviving veterans speaking about the battle, which made this video series interesting to me.

It's interesting video. I've see it already. And there are still rumors how many tanks/spg did take a part in this battle. I read no more than 500 from both sides.
The real biggest tank battle had place in June 1941 Dubno-Brody-Lutsk.

    PS
Though, if soldiers of the RKKA really wanted to destroy German invaders, then Hitler's "paper tanks" didn't have any chance. Many Soviet pp saw the German soldiers as liberators from NKVD and Communist parasites. Now Ukraine passed the low, which prohibited any Communist propaganda and agitation. Finally soldiers of the UPA (Ukrainian Insurgent Army) are declared as a national heroes, who fought for the Ukrainian freedom and independence.

    June 1941 Dubno-Brody-Lutsk.

This a battle that I need to do more reading and research about. These Kursk videos were for the stories and words from the surviving veterans, as their ranks are getting very thin these days. As there are more books, films and etc about Kursk than just about any other campaign/battle of the Eastern front, you would almost think this was the only battle of the Eastern front by the ways some of them are presented.

Now Ukraine passed the low, which prohibited any Communist propaganda and agitation.

Yes, I have been keeping up with the happenings and events concerning your country. And as I stated earlier in another post/thread, seems some of our personal with advanced camping, hunting and fishing skills have found themselves taking a liberty or vacation in your country. And while they happen to be there enjoying the countryside, they are going to pass on some of their camping/hunting/fishing skills to your countrymen. Wink

But you better keep a close eye on your women and liquor cabinets! LoL affraid
