I looks like it's inspired from the Nazi Party song ' Es Zittern die morschen Knochen ' . (The Old Bones Shake).

That's what I was thinking too. But that one was singing the Horst Wessel Lied whereas the one in cabaret is singing another one.

This song was written in 1966. It doesn't go to the period of WW2.

If it wasn't exactly the Horst Wessel Lied it was definitely inspired by it. But I have never watched the Sound of music so I can't really tell.
