Every so often the web site logs me off, even if I request it to remain permanent logged in. Is there a setting that the admin can change or is that what the admin intends?

Yes I did. It logs me in automatically when I go to the site but every so often, maybe once every week I find myself signed out and I have to log in again.

Same here. Last week twice I had to log in despite having the log me in automatically box checked. I am using Microsoft Edge. Tanker are you using that same browswer? I am starting to suspect that it has to do with Edge settings rather than with our forum webpage.

I'm using Firefox and it's the only site that I regularly visit which does that. It's not a huge problem, just a niggling one

Same here, it's more of an annoyance than a real issue.
