    UPA - Ukrainska Povstanska Armiya(Ukrainian Insurgent Army). The canonical date is 14th October of 1942.

    Легендарний командир УПА «Кривоніс» відзначив 99 років

    80th anniversary of UPA! Symchych-upa-1

    Днями, напередодні Різдва Христового, сотенному Української Повстанської Армії, політичному в’язню радянського режиму, котрий відбув тридцять два з половиною роки у таборах, Мирославу Васильовичу Симчичу виповнилось 99 років.

    Нині легендарний повстанець є почесним громадянином Коломиї, де, власне, і проживає, а з 2013-го — ще й почесним громадянином Львова.

    «Усі ми гаряче вітаємо славетного сотенного УПА Мирослава Симчича («Кривоноса») з 99-річчям. Справді — людина-легенда, воїн-символ, істинний Герой України. Для істориків-дослідників лише уточню, що Мирослав Симчич насправді народився 26 грудня 1922 року. Але через реалії польської окупації дату народження батьки зафіксували пізніше. І це було правильно», — пише на своїй сторінці в Facebook український письменник та громадський діяч Василь Шкляр.

    Lockie my friend if it was founded in 1942 then it's celebrating its 80th anniversary not 70th?

    The TV and newspapers are reporting about the new strategy of the ruSSian war criminals. It seems that their main effort now is to try to punish and terrorize the civilian population. Plain War Crimes.
    I hope you will prevail soon with the new anti-air systems.

    Yes, ruSSian orkas are trying to terrorize the Ukrainian ppl, as Hitler did with Great Britain. But we're all knows what finally happened with nazi and what the future is waiting for the ruSSian occupants!
